With some browsers, the Class Rules are nearly unreadable. Until this gets fixed, if you open them with Firefox or Chrome they are fine. Mar-04-13 17:55:03

I've used both a Hobie 16 stainless pin and a stainless bolt with a nylock. I prefer the bolt with nylock. Also, I have a small cleat on the tiller so the board stays up while I am launching and retrieving the boat. Mar-02-13 13:56:38

Like I said in the original post, it works about as well as the OEM AMF part. Which means if you are taking a lot of water into the cockpit on a screaming reach in big chop, it prob won't keep up. Feb-25-13 14:12:27

A piece was put together in November and submitted to about twenty mags & rags around the country. It does a nice job of promoting the boat and the class. I know it ran in Sailing Scuttlebutt, Windcheck, and a couple of rags in South FL. If... Feb-08-13 17:41:55

Good suggestions so far. Another common leak point is where the floor is bonded to the hull around the cockpit drain. There is polyester putty in there that often gives up. This would not show up on the vacuum cleaner test.. Make a little hook... Feb-08-13 17:25:23
